Synchronize Channels

Channels can only be created in BigCommerce. After creating the channels, you can import them into Business Central. The channels are needed to manage catalog trees and products.

To synchronize channels from BigCommerce

1. Choose the icon, enter XPR365 BigCommerce Stores, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the store you want import channels for.
3. Choose the Channels action.
4. On the XPR365 BigCommerce Channels page, choose the Synchronize action.

All available channels will be imported.
