Subscriptions (Basic)

Periodically recurring income can easily be registered in the subscription (Basic) module. By executing one function, all sales invoices for the selected period are created. Moreover, by using deferral codes, the revenues are immediately allocated to the correct accounting period.

You should use xpr365 Subscriptions (Basic) because:

• You have a nice overview of all your subscriptions in one page
• Every subscription shows the number of (un)posted invoices.
• You can decide what time period to use when invoicing.
• A subscription can easily be updated when the quantity or price changes.
