Synchronize Shipments
To synchronize shipments to BigCommerce
When a sales order created from a BigCommerce order is shipped, the shipments are automatically synchronized to BigCommerce in the background. When something went wrong, you can perform the synchronization to BigCommerce manually.
- Choose the
icon, enter XPR365 BigCommerce Sync Shipments, and then choose the related link. - Define the filters on shipments as necessary.
- Choose the OK button.
The order in BigCommerce is marked as Shipped.

Remember to run the XPR365 BigCommerce Import Orders task to update the fulfillment status of an order in Business Central.
